Prior to establishment of the company, Mr. Ronen held positions such as technology advisor, development team leader and system architect in various companies such as Nice and Verint and more.
He is a specialist in automated tools and system architecture.
Mr. Ronen developed the first versions of the recruitment system which are today sold to the clients and he is directly responsible for architecture and development of additional systems and newer versions of the current system.
He has vast experience working with Israel's major HR companies as well as large organizations which recruit their own personnel.

He has worked with about 250 businesses and organizations in Israel, specializing in improving failing businesses while using advanced management methodologies.
Mr. Ben-Dror is in charge of developing new markets word wide as well as establishing new business collaborations and affiliations.
